Refund & Exchange Policy  سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

Due to the nature of our services, which are based on advance booking and creative work, refunds and exchanges are subject to the following terms:

1. Cancellation or Refund Before Work BeginsClients may request a cancellation before any work has started.In this case, a refund may be issued after deducting any administrative fees or incurred costs.The deduction amount depends on the order status.2. Cancellation or Refund During WorkOnce work has started (such as planning, shooting, or editing), refunds are not available.This is due to time and resources already allocated to the project.3. Cancellation or Refund After Work CompletionAfter the service has been completed or content has been delivered, no refunds are allowed.The order is considered fully fulfilled as agreed.4. Exchange or Revisions PolicyExchanges do not apply to services.Limited revisions may be available depending on the service and prior agreement.Any additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.5. ReschedulingOne rescheduling request is allowed if submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.Late rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations during work.6. AgreementCompleting a payment confirms full acceptance of this policy.

نظرًا لطبيعة الخدمات التي نقدمها والتي تعتمد على الحجز المسبق والجهد الإبداعي، فإن سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال تخضع للشروط التالية:

1. الإلغاء أو الإرجاع قبل بدء العمليمكن للعميل طلب الإلغاء قبل بدء تنفيذ العمل فعليًا.في هذه الحالة، يحق للعميل استرجاع المبلغ بعد خصم أي رسوم إدارية أو تكاليف تم صرفها مسبقًا.يتم تحديد قيمة الخصم حسب حالة الطلب.2. الإلغاء أو الإرجاع أثناء تنفيذ العملفي حال تم بدء العمل (مثل التخطيط، التصوير، أو المعالجة)، لا يحق للعميل استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع.يعود ذلك إلى استهلاك الوقت والموارد المخصصة للمشروع.3. الإلغاء أو الإرجاع بعد انتهاء العملبعد اكتمال تنفيذ الخدمة أو تسليم المحتوى، لا يمكن الإلغاء أو استرجاع أي مبلغ.يُعد الطلب منجزًا بالكامل وفقًا لما تم الاتفاق عليه.4. سياسة الاستبدال أو التعديلاتلا ينطبق الاستبدال على الخدمات.قد تتوفر تعديلات محدودة حسب نوع الخدمة والاتفاق المسبق.أي تعديلات إضافية خارج نطاق الاتفاق يتم احتسابها بتكلفة إضافية.5. إعادة الجدولةيمكن إعادة جدولة الموعد مرة واحدة فقط بشرط الإبلاغ قبل الموعد بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل.أي طلب إعادة جدولة متأخر قد يُعامل كإلغاء أثناء التنفيذ.6. الموافقةإتمام عملية الدفع يعني موافقة العميل الكاملة على هذه السياسة.
